‍Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.  If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.

* Wait time rates: For round trips with drop-off locations over 25 miles from our office locations that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments applies.
‍** Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over 20 miles from our office locations, for each mile over 20, a surcharge rate of $1.25 per mile for wheelchair transportation or a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile for passenger transportation applies.
‍*** Deadhead rates: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 20 miles from our office locations, a deadhead rate of $0.50 per mile for wheelchair transportation or a deadhead rate of $0.40 for passenger transportation applies.
‍**** Afterhours rates: For trips outside our business hours, the mileage rate for wheelchair transportation increase to $4.50 per mile and for passenger transportation, to $2.75 per mile.
